Return & Refund Policy

We want every Nights Studio™ piece to arrive exactly as expected.

If there is an issue with your order, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their package.

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong size received
• Damaged or defective item
• Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery may not be accepted.

For sizing concerns, we recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order. Our team is also available to help with sizing guidance before purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
